Personal Improvement: Fitness check.

Still continuing, working on legs/aerobics more than upper body.

I’m having some tendonitis in my left elbow, from holding heavy weights for shoulder work. I’ve got it wrapped, using Zheng Gu Shui (‘boneset’) to try to heal it. May add Tiger Balm to the mix, if not responsive. Anyone have any other recommends, I’d appreciate it. I don’t want to have to cut back on weight to manage this, but I may have to.
