Anderson didn’t go well. I suspect the Supremes will overrule Colorado. Listened to part of their arguments. I’m concerned the precedent they may use as a lever will open up other issues. Waiting for better pundits to comment.

I detected some dark broodings behind some of these disqualification arguments, that could be leveraged for other uses later (‘authoritarian watch’) … when you hear Justice Thomas speak frequently, there’s something else going on.

Finally: The only proper “originalist” view of Trump’s behavior is insurrection, constitutionally. The Anderson attorneys blew the entire case, letting the Supremes take a very easy way out. Completely disappointed, feel gypped.
