One thing to say. The Supreme Court is dead. Justice delayed is justice denied. They could have done this in December. This could be fast-tracked, as in Bush/Gore. We know Presidents do not ever have absolute immunity. Constitutional law is very clear. This is an egregiously brazen vote for Trump on the part of the Court.

I have officially lost my faith in the practice of American law. The third ‘leg’ of American government hasn’t fully broken, but it is buckled, and we are leaning hard right as a nation.

Time to pull out all the stops to straighten out the structure.
