I’m ‘old school’. If saving cash is considered ‘old school’, that is. I put weight plates in a knapsack. Love it for pullups, pushups. Squats, too … but I have a 50 pound Aussie for those. After two sets, it turns into a wiggle-wrestling match. Oh, and I have a cord of wood to chop. As I love to underline, get the hell away from the electronics … go non-virtual. Bring it all back when you feel like it, and then tell the stories, make the legends.
