Average hour in the life of a freelancer/sole proprietor?

I’ve fielded these items; only three or four were expected:

1. Begin quoting upcoming business/lifestyle photography session.
2. Critique existing video and begin planning/quoting upcoming three minute video design and creation.
3. Started removing echo from a video’s soundtrack.
4. Training a neophyte in basic CMS use.
5. Doing navigational and design changes to a Wordpress site.
6. Gathering and configuring equipment for an upcoming live video event.
7. Answering a dozen client emails.
8. Researching some potential equipment purchases.
9. Gotten back to some friends.
10. Ordered a new pair of dress pants (for upcoming sessions; black, so I disappear).
11. Taken the dog out for a bathroom break.
12. Prepared pooch lunch.
13. Planned dinner.
14. Exercise between tasks (pushups, etc.).
15. Read the affirmations I’ve tacked to my wall, to remind myself why I do all this stuff!

Not to mention feeding this weblog, and the other ‘mental loads’. I cross so many disciplines; I have 311 apps on my iMac, believe it or not. I prefer to have a few minutes to switch hats, but had no time today. I maintained my professional demeanor, even inserted a bit of humor; that’s a success. I really hate having to deal with echo on a bad recording (Audition/Audacity/EchoRemover), y-y-you k-k-k-n-n-ow? Highly technical. The newer AI services can be pretty miraculous for some tracks, saving hours and hours of work.

Can I catch my breath now?
