Vox: Trump supporters are the most overrated force in American politics.

Approximately 46 percent of Americans voted for Trump in 2016.

This is why I don't link Vox. No, 46% didn't. Only ~55% of the voting age populace voted. 46% of those voted for Trump. So in actuality, only ~25% of Americans voted for Trump on Election Day.

This narrative of America in conflict with itself is a steaming pile, through a sharp lens. Many polling firms are only polling people who voted in the last election, extending the charade.

Remember the polling mistakes of the election itself. Things haven't really changed there. Wear your skeptic hat.

In other words, overrated by more than Vox seems to believe. Double-overrated.
